Dan was the only realtor who really gave my listing 100% of his time and effort during this time of uncertainty. The market has been volatile and I needed to sell my home. Together we priced it properly and with a lot of patience and coaching from Dan, we finally got it sold and together we found a great home for me to move to! This is a very short version of a long emotional story. Nothing is easy in real estate, it changes day to day. You need a coach. You need a professional and you need someone to guide you. Dan is that person. Dan, thank you for your friendship and your support. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have done for me. The laughs and tears we have both shed together will be held close to my heart forever. Here’s to many more years of friendship! Thank you again, your team of people that you have that work with you are 5 star! Mickie 😇🥰
