The long story short of it is Eileen sold my condo with in a few short months of us agreeing to work together and she got us the price we were hoping for. We did not give it away. She made sure of it!! Her knowledge of the community helped facilitate that. What I want to highlight about this process is what drew me to her to begin with. She was kind and generous with her time. She went the extra mile, making trips to Home Depot etc.. and made sure the apartment was set up perfectly to show.
