My husband and I worked with Desare to purchase our first home in South Florida. As first time home buyers, Desare was invaluable in providing recommendations for financing partners, helping us understand the market, and guiding us through the whole process. She was always very responsive and organized. When it came to making an offer, she was an effective communicator and a strategic negotiator. We could not be happier in our new home, and Desare made the process painless. I could not recommend her more.

Christine treats you like family and will be honest in her assessments of market price and values. For example, Christine provided an assessment of value for a house we made an offer on and it was well under asking price. This showed me that our best interests were more important than a commission to Christine. We ended up buying the next house we saw. I highly recommend Christine as a partner if you are buying or selling a home.
