I never felt like I was bothering him - he is there for you every step of the way. Thanks to Erik we managed to sell our apartment quickly and at a great price - we had some little bumps on the road and he always handled it. When it came time to buy our first home it felt very overwhelming with the current market being how it is but once again Erik came through. He was quick with scheduling appointments for showings. We found a home we loved and Erik got working and he was actually able to lower the asking price and we ended up with a fair buying price. Can’t recommended him enough!
