Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.

We recently sold our home using a flat fee MLS service, which meant we worked directly with the buyers’ agent, Agustine Grace, throughout the transaction. Having sold seven homes over the years, we can confidently say this was by far the easiest and smoothest real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced - and a huge part of that was because of Agustine. From start to finish, she was incredibly polite, organized, responsive, and professional. It was clear that she was a strong advocate for her buyers, but she also remained fair, reasonable, and respectful toward us as the sellers throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear, timelines were well managed, and every interaction felt collaborative. Real estate transactions can often become stressful and complicated, but Agustine’s calm and professional approach made everything feel seamless. She consistently stayed on top of details, handled issues proactively, and helped keep the process moving smoothly all the way to closing. We truly appreciated working with her and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.
