I did nothing in this deal. Tina did all the work and didn’t overload me with communications talk about hands-free. Tina did everything. She actually got more money than I thought she could get definitely will use her again in the future.

Jennifer guided me through the steps of selling my home from beginning to the end and demonstrated excellent insight into the local market, invaluable experience in real estate transactions and a great resource and guidance through the steps involved in the process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert guidance and leadership in buying or selling a home. She made the steps and transactions seem easy and painless through her expertise, excellent communication and connections in the industry. She demonstrated great humanity in the process through her kind, considerate and sensitive nature. Most highly recommended!!!

(Translated by Google) Excellent professional! It goes far beyond the best expectations we had about the work of a real estate agent in Orlando! Attentive, competent, helpful, helpful, ….. and above all, a true safe haven for those who, like us, had no knowledge of the procedures and paths to follow in the process of purchasing a property. From the initial search to the final moment of the deed of purchase and sale of the house... from receiving the keys to the property to completing its decoration... from the delivery of the house finished and ready to receive us, to assistance in choosing a company to manage and take care of the house in our absence, while we are in Brazil. We thank him very much and recommend him without a shadow of a doubt, Cláudio Maciel!👏👏👏👏 (Original) Excelente profissional!
