Mrs. Mughal conducts business in the utmost professional manner. The mortgage company asked me for more information then I have ever been asked for. Though Mrs Mughal was not our mortgage broker, she ensured all documents were submitted and worked closely with my accountant and the bank to to submit all documents and get me approved for 2 loans simultaneously. I didn’t think it was possible but realtor of the year century Mrs Mughal made it happen! We got approved and closed on 2 new construction properties in the same day! We had the properties listed for rent the very next day and had prospective tenants within 72 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and look forward to doing more business with Mrs Mughal and her team in the future!

The main reason I enjoyed working with Carlos Campana is due to the profound experience he has working the real estate market, as well as working with other realtors. He knows his business well enough, to maneuver a deal, not only professionally, but also, with such tenacity by getting to know his opponent well enough to present a negotiating price. As soon as I was able to have a good conversation with Carlos, I was able to get a good feel of the extent of his skills and knowledge. Not to mention, he was also very quick to get back to me, even though at the time I was only looking for a rental. At that moment I knew he was the Realtor I had been looking for all along. Therefore, it wasn’t long before I was able to transition from “renting” into “purchasing” the real estate property. Especially, after knowing I was in great hands, and was able to trust Carlos with the purchase of this property. My only regret has been not meeting him sooner, to have allowed him to have handled the sale of my house in Cutler Bay, back in January. I will surely call him once I’m ready to purchase my next property out south, in about two years.
