I have used Heid twice. First for renting a property and then to purchase a forever home. With Heidi's experience and knowledge she was able to find me what I wanted. Heidi helped me through the mortgage provider and the steps to get approved. Heidi was so attentive to what I wanted and once done, she walked me every step of the way to the closing. I would recommend Heidi as an Agent, buying or selling. I would use her services if I needed them in the future.

Alex handled all aspects from sale to closing. We were confronted with difficult buyers Alex smoothed everything over even when they wanted to back out. He is a very hard worker and knowledgable when it comes to his trade. He even had all the bushes trimmed at the buyers request to facilitate the transition.

Deidre was excellent in this transaction and was very knowledgeable. She got us exactly what we wanted and made sure both parties were ready at closing.
