I’ve been on my home buying journey for quite some time, longer than most, and have worked with multiple realtors but somehow could not find the right fit. I’m a unique personality, which sometimes makes it difficult to mesh with people. Two years ago, Kala Major was recommended to me by a mutual friend, and I’m forever grateful. As a first-time home buyer, it was extremely important to me to have a realtor that was knowledgeable about the market, professional, reliable, thorough, patient, and truly dedicated to her clients, and I found all those things in Kala. Her customer service is unmatched, and she genuinely cares for her clients. No matter the time or day, if I have questions, I know I can reach out, and if she doesn’t have the answers, she will go find out and get right back to me. She is beyond patient, and I even told her several times if I were my client, I would have given up on me a long time ago. LOL. Not once during the entire process did I see her flustered, even when I know I’d worked her nerves. Several times I wanted to quit, but she wouldn’t allow me to give up on my dream. She knows how overwhelming the home buying process is for many, so she made it a point to take so many things off my plate—for example, reaching out to contractors, roofers, insurance agencies, etc., to gather quotes on my behalf, which meant the world to me. Her dedication to her clients is superb. Months after the closing, she still checks in to see if I need her help with anything and to answer any questions or concerns, I may have. Working with Kala has been an absolute pleasure, and her guidance throughout the entire process is truly invaluable.
