Rob Marchese, as mentioned is an honest and persistent realtor. He listed my home and eventually sold it in a very difficult market. That came through a frequent communication, idea, sharing with me, and understanding my feelings as well as my needs. He stays in frequent touch with you. You never have to chase him, and he returns calls promptly. He brings more than one idea to the table anytime you need to brainstorm. But ultimately, he cares very much about his customers and he cares about selling your house! I would highly recommend Rob to anyone.

both as a realtor and a property manager for our lovely new Florida property. I can say with 100% certainty we would not have been able to secure financing without his intercession when the loan underwriters kept changing their minds. As a property manager he treats the home as if it were his own, and was able to secure bids above what we were asking for rent, and quickly, too! There are no negatives, I can't imagine a better agent
