More importantly for the context of selling my home, he was on top of every step of the process and provided proactive updates so that I never had to worry or ask or even wonder what was going on. Fredd listened well and was instrumental in solving a few problems. He also negotiated a higher sale amount than our list price! Having worked with 6 or 7 realtors in the past and feeling like they're all similar, I definitely don't feel that way anymore. Fredd provided a whole new real estate experience!

Daniel was very enthusiastic from the beginning. He understood what we required and brought the prospective buyers after carefully vetting their interest in our home.
