My salesperson, Maria Da Luz Coelho, has knowledge of the market since throughout the entire process of selling my property, she kept me up to date on the market corresponding to my property in the area. We communicated perfectly helping me understand some formats since I didn't know them and also that I was present, only part of the sale since I live in another country and everything was very positive. I believe that Mrs. Coelho, she is very professional, she knows the subject, and she knows how to apply her knowledge before other professionals who intervened in the sale.

I couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Yamile to help me buy my home! She walked me through every step of the process and taught me so much about what it takes to buy a house. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and comfortable along the way. Her communication was outstanding. She was attentive to every phone call and question I had, and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Her patience, knowledge, and dedication made such a big difference throughout the entire experience. I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend Yamile to anyone looking to buy a home!
