Yvette made the process of buying our first home incredibly easy and straightforward. We were both overwhelmed at the idea of starting this process, but after getting in touch with Yvette and hearing a bit about her work philosophy, we felt much more comfortable with moving forward. Yvette made sure that we had a baseline understanding of every step in this process, as well as what would be needed in order to move through house hunting, making an offer, and closing. She was always honest and direct and made sure that we didn't have any misconceptions or delusions that would lead to us making an uninformed decision. What we found most helpful were the instances where she pulled from her experience with either owning her own home or references made to previous clients she had helped close. That helped us put questions or concerns we had into larger context and, overall, make better decisions. She would also advocate for us, even when we would suggest something that she thought wouldn't be in our best interest. We were very grateful that she was willing to "keep us on track" and not just entertain the spur-of-the-moment ideas we had. Yvette was and is incredibly knowledgeable and action-oriented. We highly recommend her for anyone else in a similar position to us.

Liz is fantastic! She responds to questions quickly and is a pleasure to work with. Liz points out the pros & cons of the houses as we toured. She is very knowledgeable of the areas and did a great job of identifying what we wanted and to make sure the house meets OUR NEEDS! She is very professional & proactive in researching homes in our preferred area and within our budget. I highly recommend Liz.
