This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.

Look No Further for the Best Agent in Tampa!Stacie is the real deal. If you're looking for an agent who is a Tampa Native and knows Tampa like the back of her hand, is always on the ball, and will fight for you at the negotiating table, you can stop your search right now. From day one, we were blown away by her expertise and how she made the whole process feel like a breeze. She was always a text or a call away, ready to answer our questions and guide us through every step.On a more personal note, what truly made the difference was how much we trusted Stacie. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but she was our rock the entire time, always making sure our best interests were the top priority. Stacie was so patient in our lengthy home search. She never rushed us and wanted to make sure we were comfortable before moving forward. We are so in love with our new home, and we have Stacie to thank for it. We'd recommend her to friends, family, and anyone who is looking for a seasoned, stellar agent!
