Aubrey is an extraordinary agent. We purchased a foreclosure through her at the end of May, she was able to schedule our showings exactly when we needed them and we were able to find and close on our house in less than 4 weeks. She is extremely easy to communicate with, very prompt with her responses, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were looking for a house within an impossible timeframe and she made it happen. I couldn't be happier with our choice to choose her as our agent. She is extremely professional, however is still genuine and comfortable to be around. She goes above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She helped to ensure that our investment was sound, although that isn't part of her job. You can tell she truly loves her job. One thing that is a particular pet peeve of mine is when an agent is late for an appointment and Aubrey was always on time. During the end of our transaction seller's (VA bank) pushed the closing back by 10 days, after we had already signed settlement papers and thought we were all closed with the exception of being recorded with the county. This was beyond an enormous inconvenience for my family as we were living out of Airbnb's and then had to switch to an extremely over priced hotel room with the 6 of us and 2 pets. The situation was tense and extremely stressful, but Aubrey came to our rescue and allowed us to stay in her parent's winter home in Fayetteville until our closing. She went well above and beyond her duties as an agent. However, she once again pulled though for us and pulled some strings to get us closed and recorded within 48 hrs of our original closing date. I was extremely impressed with Daniel's fast response time, effort in finding me the perfect home within all the guidelines I wanted which were A LOT, and how much care and attention to detail from start to finish he had demonstrated until the very end of the process when the keys were in hand. At the time, the market was very slim and finding a 3/2 with a pool was tough in a great area was tough. It took us about 5 months and a few home before we finally found our dream home. Because of his great advice and negotiating and financial consulting, we actually walked away with way more than what myself, my wife and our 2 kids had ever dreamed of having. Even working for his father who was our broker was a breeze and answered every question I had (which were a lot). He took care of everything, the bookings for the showing, the dealing, was present for the inspections etc etc. Literally holding our hand the hole way which made our purchase that much more comfortable and surprisingly easy.
