Working with Sandy Hodkin over the past 9+ months has been nothing short of a masterclass in patience, persistence, and professionalism. In a market that’s been unpredictable at best and borderline chaotic at worst, Sandy remained steady, strategic, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. From the beginning, she took the time to truly understand what I was looking for—not just in a home, but in a lifestyle. She asked the right questions, gave honest advice, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured, even when the market made it tempting to throw in the towel. Her knowledge of the local market is encyclopedic, and her instincts are spot-on. Whether we were touring homes, reviewing comps, or strategizing offers, Sandy brought clarity to the chaos. And let me tell you—when you’re trying to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, having someone like her in your corner makes all the difference. On a personal note, Sandy's British accent somehow made even bad news sound charming—there’s just something about being told “we didn’t get the house” that stings a little less when it’s delivered with a London lilt. Honestly, if she ever gives up real estate, she could have a solid backup career narrating audiobooks or calming people down on customer service lines. But all jokes aside, Sandy is the real deal. She’s sharp, responsive, incredibly hard-working, and genuinely cares about her clients. I feel lucky to have had her as my agent—and even luckier to now call her a friend. If you’re navigating this wild market and want someone who will truly go the distance for you, call Sandy. Just be prepared to start craving tea and using words like “brilliant” and “cheers” by the end of the process.

I had the pleasure to use Stacey for the sale of our home. I and the 3rd person who I personally know that has used and recommended Stacey. After we listed our house, I had a family in our neighborhood stop and ask if we would recommend her and without hesitation, I said yes. Stacey sold both our houses in less than 6 weeks. Not only is she knowledgeable about the Real estate Market she is thorough, responsive detailed and reliable. In a market saturated with Realtors, knowledge, dedication and professionalism are Stacey's top qualities. If you are looking for the best, Stacey Sells is it.
