He always focused on making sure we were happy with our choice. Because he is so knowledgeable about home construction, weak points, things to be concerned with now and in the future, as well as the good parts that added value... he really helped us make a fully informed decision. He was also a great negotiator. Even if we were willing to pay full price, he was knowledgable about the market and knew when a full price offer was appropriate and when we needed to negotiate more.
