Kelsey was fantastic, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. We were moving from Reno, NV to Florida so while it seemed like it was gonna be insanely stressful Kelsey handled everything so well that the house was the least of it. She was able to take time to power through a ton of houses in a the short time we could visit and while we here had offers and back ups ready to go. After the inspection came back and was scary she was already working on getting us quotes for things that needed repairs and solutions for other if we did wish to proceed. We did proceed very happily. I plan on having family and friends moving this way and I will very strongly recommend Kelsey.

We contacted Leanne about a townhome for sale in Indialantic on the morning of April 14th. We made an appointment to see the unit that evening. By the time we saw the unit, there were 3 or 4 offers already submitted. She expertly guided us through the pre-approval process (has a mortgage broker on speed dial) and helped us prepare our offer so that it would be most desirable to the seller.
