Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

From start to finish Cari made me feel like royalty. When we started looking at houses she presented me with print outs of what we would be looking at and all the specs. She took all my calls even though we lived in opposite ends of the country and she always made me feel like a priority. She helped me fight for what I needed to close on the house in record time too! She really did it all while being so kind and patient with me. As you may know buying or selling a house is extremely emotional and she was often keeping me and my husband from fighting and remembering we were on the same team.I would hands down recommend Cari to any one of my loved ones.

David Marsh was chosen to be the property manager of a rental property I purchased in 2017, and sold in September of this year. David handled the sales transaction and consulted with me continuously throughout the process, keeping me informed via phone calls, texts or emails. While he was the property manager, he found and screened tenants. David was very responsive handling any issues that arose with the property, whether it was a tenant issue, HOA matter, or any repairs, maintenance or upgrades to the building. Living out of state, David made my life easier with the rental property. He knew the various local tradespeople, and if a purchase was required, did his best to shop for the best deals. If I am in the market to purchase another property in Brevard county, I will most certainly enlist his services.
