I want to give many thanks to Steve Steiner with Grand Star Realty of Brevard, LLC for informing me about the $15,000.00 down payment assistance program for first time homebuyers. I originally did not believe that there was actually a program like this. But it is real! I also want to thank Leann Salters Schneider for posting information about the program on facebook, without her recommendation I would have never believed this program existed. If anyone is interested in learning more about this program, please give Steve a call.

What a pleasant experience dealing with our realtor Doug. He was always available for a text or a phone call. Doug’s knowledge of the area was apparent and appreciated. If you want someone who follows thru and has amazing communication skills Doug is the realtor for you. If I am ever in need of a realtor I won’t hesitate to call him again.

Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way! I highly recommend Jessica to anyone serious in finding a home or property to build on............ you will not be disappointed!!!
