Barbara gave me analysis of on going sale price of lots around the area in comparison to the selling price of the lots I wanted to sell. I will surely refer her to my friends.

I told Meisha what I was looking for, the area that I was interested in and what my price range was, and the time frame that I was looking to move, which was 2 to 3 months...... Meisha got to work right away, and by the end of the first week we were on the road looking at prospective properties.....Within two weeks I had identified a property, made an offer which was accepted, and the purchasing procedures were in full motion......Meisha was always in touch with me, checking in and on me, following up with paperwork, clarifying contract verbiage or on any areas of concern, while always inquiring if I had any questions or concerns..... She remind me she was only a phone away, and available anytime I needed or had a question for her..... I found Meisha to be very thorough, always professional, and clarified any question that I had. Meisha was always informing me what the next steps were, she walked me through the entire process from the start to finish and accompanying me to my closing..... I know without a doubt that I made the right decision in choosing Meisha to be my realtor.......Meisha went above and beyond to make this process as undaunting for me as possible. Meisha made me feel that I was more than just a client she made me feel like family. Meisha genuinely cares, she was just as excited and happy for me as I was when I found my NEW HOME..... If I had to do this all over......I would choose Meisha again and again....
