Victoria was exceptionally responsive, and stayed one step ahead of the game through the entire process. I knew from the pictures that I wanted this condo, and she heard me and presented my offer within hours of my phone call. We modified the offer at least two times, and it was accepted! She helped me follow through with all of the details (needed since I became very I’ll for multiple weeks) and even brought me soup, wow! We were able to close quickly the next month, and meanwhile started getting my house ready to sell (contingent was not an option in this market). I was not prepared to sell my house, so much had to be done! Victoria was there every step guiding me and coaching me, every step! I am happily almost done with these big endeavors (I accepted an above asking offer on the first day my house was listed) and will enthusiastically use her again if the need ever arises in the future!
