Hello, I had the pleasure of speaking to Lynn Steffen while living in Massachusetts. My husband and I were getting ready to retire and her name was given to me from a family member. Lynn was amazing from the very beginning. I spoke to her what I was looking for and what I wanted to avoid. My husband and I kept debating whether to retire in South Carolina or Florida. I was leaning toward South Carolina. After we retired, my husband took a road trip to help us decide, and I was still set on South Carolina. We even found a community there that we liked. Since we were heading to Florida to visit family, I decided to call Lynn to see what was available in Florida. She was ready to help and showed us a few homes. Lynn was professional, knowledgeable, through and really listened to what I wanted, even when I wasn’t sure myself. Lynn does thing carefully and with great attention to detail, as we know is important! She explained the pros and cons of Florida homes and what it’s like to live in a gated community. I trusted her completely. She brought us to the wonderful community where we now live, and we couldn’t be happier. Lynn made sure all my paperwork was done on time and sent to the right people. Moving from one state to another felt overwhelming, but Lynn kept me organized and on track before and after we arrived in Florida. I would definitely recommend Lynn Stephan to everyone!!
