We would recommend Theresa to all family, friends and anyone inquiring on selling or buying a home. She has extensive knowledge, which comes from her many years of experience. She does all the research on the market in your area, asks what you are looking for, needs and wants and brings everything to your first meeting. Theresa really listens to you, gives real feedback/opinions (not just statements) when asked. She was our realator for purchasing our home in Florida and selling our home when moving back to Washington state. If we could have her as our realator here in WA we would not hesitate. Theresa is a gem and we HIGHLY recommend her!

Theresa showed patience, empathy and understanding in getting to know me and what my goals were for this property. Her suggestions in staging, marketing and future expectations did not disappoint. It was a pleasure working with someone who possessed great integrity, knowledge in real estate and proven results. Every phone call, question or concern was acknowledged and answered thoroughly. I trusted her judgment and was confident in her representation of me from day one. She had the condo under contract in 10 days! Theresa is a natural in this profession. Many Thanks!

Theresa was an exceptional choice for my siblings and I to sell our parents' home upon their passing. One of my siblings had used her prior to this occasion and strongly recommended her, but agreed we all needed to meet her first prior to officially hiring her. Upon meeting her and discussing our needs, it was clear that there was no need to look elsewhere. She was knowledgeable regarding the local area and market (as 3 of the 4 of us lived outside of Florida), and was very good with suggesting things to make the house show well. She kept all of us in the loop with phone calls, email and text messages. She ALWAYS reminded us that if any of us individually needed more discussion or information to better understand the process she was there for us, and she did follow through when I had a couple questions here and there. She was always quick to respond, or as soon as possible, even late into the evening when necessary. I never once felt that our situation was put on hold to represent others-- meaning I always felt we were her only clients. That is an amazing person who can balance her professional and personal life like that. The one sibling that did live in Florida was in more direct contact with her mainly due to logistics as the house was getting prepared to go on the market, but I know she worked hard to make our house sale go so smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Theresa to anyone, as I have personally experienced buying and selling my own homes with 5 different realtors over the years.
