LaNeil and David are a phenomenal team! We were stationed in Richmond, VA and I had been talking with LaNeil for quite awhile before purchasing to find out info on the area, what schools/neighborhoods were the best, etc. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We threw both of them for a loop when we found a house we loved on during a quick visit to Satellite Beach! We weren’t actively searching for a house either. They immediately got to work and throughout the entire process have always had our best interest as their priority! We weren’t able to be present for the inspection or final walk through and they were there for us, no questions asked. It was total peace of mind for our family.
