Cookie was so great to work with. She was really quick at answering questions and setting up appointments and was always available for phone calls when they were needed. She also forwarded recent listings that were exactly the type of property I was interested in looking at. We were able to get my first offer accepted, and she helped the offer process go smoothly.

Jim got my difficult tenant out, got the place renovated, listed it for sale and sold it very fast. All this process from start to finish took 2-3 months. I highly recommend Jim!
