Sonya was awesome. She took the time to show us as many properties as I asked, which were a lot. She stayed in constant communication. She explained all of our options, and even stepped in to help when we were having problems with FPL after the sale. I have bought and sold several homes previously and Sonya was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. If anyone is looking to buy a home in the Sebastian area, Don’t waste time calling anyone else…Sonya is the one you want. Thank You Sonya for making our home buying experience as easy and stress free, and Fun as possible…

Kimberly just helped us sell another home, this is the second time our family has had the pleasure of working with her. Her analysis of the market helped to get us a very good price and quick turnaround of the home even though we were going through difficult family circumstances at the time. She is wonderful and knows everything that needs to happen to get the most out of a property and get the deal closed. Thanks for all of your help Kimberly!
