This was probably one of the most complex real estate transactions I’ve been involved and ultimately took legal guidance and two back-back closings to make it all work. I had almost given up on it, but Ricardo went to great lengths to find the right resources and novel solutions to bring it all together. I can’t imagine another real estate professional working this hard or effectively on what was not even a big money transaction. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!

From the very start Amy was professional and personable! She listened to what I wanted/needed and delivered options. She sent homes for sale to my email so I could choose which ones to visit as I lived over 100 miles away. I called on Amy and she was eager to explain anything/everything I was asking about. As soon as I found my home and the process of buying started she had a calendar that she sent to me with deadlines and helpful info as to what to do to prepare for the closing and my move.
