We were impressed with Susanne Monroe from our first meeting. We had committed to moving out of the Brevard County and needed to move fast. We scheduled a meeting to arrive at an asking price and a date to list our home. Susanne made several recommendations to make our home show better. Once this was done, she arranged for a professional photographer and listed our home for sale. Once this was done, she conducted an open house almost every weekend. As the market began to change – and not in our favor – we talked frequently in an effort to adjust our strategy. In the midst of this we did receive an offer which we accepted. Two hours before the contract was to be finalized, the buyer backed out. This happened at 10:00 PM! Susanne was immediately on the phone with us so our home could go back on the market and to let us know there would be a weekend open house. Every open house had refreshments and fresh flowers. During this process we moved to our new home. Susanne became our eyes and ears, alerting us to any issues. She was particularly keen on the curb appeal of the house suggesting we move to weekly lawncare rather than the normal practice of every other week. When another offer was received she spent considerable time on the phone with us to craft a response. She made sure our counter offer was presented in a very positive way. As a result we were able to close quickly and seamlessly. The entire process from listing to closely took nearly six months. During this time Susanne conducted many open houses, consulted with us frequently, and stayed in touch with potential buyers and their agents. She was also very helpful during the closing process. We were very happy with her professionalism and overall service. Without her constant attention the sale of our home would have taken longer and likely would have resulted in a lower selling price.
