Had a HOT situation with my mother's place. Was time for her to move to assisted living but being able to pay those bills depended on selling her duplex for top dollar. Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place. When the listing went live, the interest from buyers was intense due to Randy listing it as a "Coming Soon" listing that only agents could see...and they would be prepared to bring clients when the listing went live.
