She was able to schedule a large number of showings in a short period of time, even in a depleted market, which went a long way in helping me to narrow down what I wanted. She pulled out all the stops to bring in the closing date as much as possible so that I would be able to close before my apartment lease was up. I went from looking for a house to moving in to a house in a little over a month!

Annette is a professional in that she know the local housing market and pays attention to details. Annette gets to know you and has such an engaging personality. Annette helped us buy two amazing investment properties in a short amount of time. Annette's expertise is invaluable in that we are from out of town and trusted her immediately because she had prepared a list of homes that met all the conditions we had discussed . In fact, my wife was tired after a long day of looking at homes and wanted a cup of expresso and Annette invited us over to her home and made my wife an expresso -- Annette's even a Barista!!!!lol.
