Manny Canha was very knowledgeable about the area and the potential for problems with certain properties we viewed. He answered calls promptly and did a great job finding us our vacation property. Had a HOT situation with my mother's place. Was time for her to move to assisted living but being able to pay those bills depended on selling her duplex for top dollar. Randy met with us and suggested a listing price that we all agreed upon. Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place. When the listing went live, the interest from buyers was intense due to Randy listing it as a "Coming Soon" listing that only agents could see...and they would be prepared to bring clients when the listing went live.
