I want to take this opportunity to thank Paul for all this hard work and find me a home. Paul, thank you for making it all happen. I’m at a location that I love and it’s all because of your hard work. Thank you for always being there. I thought things were going wrong, always there supporting me and assuring me that everything was gonna be fine and you were right. Can’t thank you enough.

Ken went above and beyond for us on our housing search. He helped us every step of the way and was a wonderful communicator. We enjoyed our experience with him as our realtor. Highly recommend!

Suzana’s knowledge of the area was key for finding exactly what I had in mind. She was also very diligent in her research about the technical aspects involved in acquiring a lot with natural vegetation and tortoises. Suzana was skillful in negotiating conditions- which goes much beyond price. I fully recommend her as an agent for demanding transactions

I had the pleasure to use Stacey for the sale of our home. I and the 3rd person who I personally know that has used and recommended Stacey. After we listed our house, I had a family in our neighborhood stop and ask if we would recommend her and without hesitation, I said yes. Stacey sold both our houses in less than 6 weeks. Not only is she knowledgeable about the Real estate Market she is thorough, responsive detailed and reliable. In a market saturated with Realtors, knowledge, dedication and professionalism are Stacey's top qualities. If you are looking for the best, Stacey Sells is it.

I want to give many thanks to Steve Steiner with Grand Star Realty of Brevard, LLC for informing me about the $15,000.00 down payment assistance program for first time homebuyers. I originally did not believe that there was actually a program like this. But it is real! I also want to thank Leann Salters Schneider for posting information about the program on facebook, without her recommendation I would have never believed this program existed. If anyone is interested in learning more about this program, please give Steve a call.

I have known Jearri for 12 years and consider her a friend. She has helped me find 3 homes. She has also been the go-to person for several of my family members. With the most recent sale/purchase, Jearri put out all the last minute fires to ensure I closed on time. She made an overwhelming time significantly less stressful. While I hope to never want to buy another house, if I do I will call Jearri Bush.
