When looking to sell, I interviewed about a half dozen firms and felt most comfortable with Tom's approach to luxury homes. As an engineer and a program manager, planning is so vitally important and it was in this area that Tom exceeded my expectations. He guided us on Preparing the home (what to do and not do), Staging (or not), and a Marketing plan to reach people coming to the area. What really impressed me was that Tom accurately predicted profile of prospective buyers (cash and 2-4 kids), predicted how first week would go, and even predicted how the inspections would go.
