Andrea is a dynamo… She is extremely knowledgeable about the current market in the area, and in this neighborhood specifically. With Andreas expertise, we went from walking in the front door for a showing, discussing our offer strategy, to having a signed agreement in 6 (yes, six) hours. And, we still paid significantly lower than the asking price! We’re glad she was representing us, and not the other party….
