There was just something about her that made me want to do business with her. She was not pushy but an excellent listener. Most of all, she ended with her appreciation of me taking the time to speak with her and she would look forward to hearing from me when we got to FL. The sincerity in her voice made me gravitate to her. She was one of many realtors who contacted us for the listing of our property in FL. I had many choices of realtors and Dawn stood out from the rest! As it turned out, her sincerity transcended throughout our experience together. She was always on time, always looking for our best interest, did not hesitate to spend her own money when needed, ie professional photographs, seemed very comfortable, and she especially wanted to know the specifics of the property and HOA. I'm self-employed which financing can be a very difficult and long experience but she helped me thru the process even when I wasn't the best client to have. I closed on my new home and wouldn't have be able to do this without her tolerance of me and financing. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home.
