As first time home buyers, my husband and I felt a bit like lambs to the slaughter in the beginning. There truly is no “how to buy” quick guide that you’re given at 30, unless you happen to stumble upon an agent as wonderful as Jennifer. But this only came after she let our imaginations and curiosities guide us there, which I so appreciated. In this time, Jenn-ing became a regular term in the house, because she was cranking away getting us the best terms, making sure we’d pass our VA home loan inspections, and working the mortgage company and other agent to just get things done.
