I have known Jearri for 12 years and consider her a friend. She has helped me find 3 homes. She has also been the go-to person for several of my family members. Dee was amazing! We lived in Ohio and we were moving to Florida in a very short time frame. We created a list of homes we wanted to see and emailed it to her before we arrived. We got off the plane and met Dee for breakfast. She really took the time to get to know us. Not just as clients but as friends. The first day we saw a lot of the homes we had preselected however they did not hit the mark. At the end of our day, she suggested allowing her to pick some homes she thought we might like. Every home she selected was a definite contender. As we narrowed them down and created our pros and cons list, she was always available for any questions/concerns we had. We made an offer on the third day of visiting and Dee was able to negotiate everything we wanted and more.
