After my condo in Orlando sat on the market for many months without an offer, I was at a crossroads. I felt defeated and had almost resigned myself – particularly in a year of a pandemic – that I wouldn’t be able to sell at all much less for a strong price. Ultimately, I switched relators and gave the listing to Bryan. Little did I know at the time, this was the best decision I could have made. Bryan’s attention to detail, candor and precision in all things added up to a level of quality I have never seen in a realtor (and I’ve bought/sold 4 properties). He gave me advice and I listened. Bryan knows the Orlando market; he understands how to articulate value and he goes that extra mile. The condo sold. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bryan to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. He is absolutely phenomenal.

Annick Mottie exceeded my expectations. She is an excellent realtor. She helped me find the perfect house fir my colleges sons to live in while attending UCF. She listened to our needs and helped us find a great place in a very competitive market. I will recommend Annick to my friends in need of a realtor. She was top notch and extremely professional.
