Kelly is so patient! We’ve been looking for a townhome for my Mother for over a year. Challenging in the current market to find the right location and right size and right price. Kelly’s knowledge of the area helped to narrow down locations which worked great when the unit that hit all our requirements suddenly came on the market. It wound up happening over a holiday weekend, but with Kelly’s help, we had an offer in time to get it. Kelly’s advice on the price was spot on as we were the winning offer when there was competition. We always trusted the advice that Kelly provided. We felt comfortable asking her any questions because we knew we would get a direct answer in a timely manner. Wonderful experience!

Kelly Sue came recommended to me by a friend of a friend, and she did not disappoint. Professional, attentive, caring, shrewd, involved, communicative…just a few words I would use to describe her. From our first meeting to our close, I felt like I had an ally in my search for a home-what a great feeling. Anyone I know that needs a realtor will immediately receive her contact…you can’t go wrong with the Stonebreaker!!!

Our family has had the dream of owning property for a decade. Kelly Sue and Tori sat down with us, listened to our hearts, adopted our vision, and then went to work securing the house and land we had been praying for. There were countless logistical challenges but Kelly Sue and Tori and their team were ever present with us through every step of the process. Well beyond surveys and appraisals, Kelly Sue and Tori dreamed with us, laughed with us, cried with us, prayed with us, and ultimately celebrated our successful purchase with us. We literally could not have realized a family dream without them. Call Kelly Sue and Tori today to make the move you've always hoped for!

Before working with the Homan Realty Group, we had what every person fears, an over confident realtor who priced our house so far out of reality we sat for almost two months without one walk through even though we had multiple open houses. We fired that realtor. We were desperate, as we were going to lose out on the dream home we found. Tom Homan, Jr stepped in and sat down with us. He personally went through great lengths to help a fellow veteran understand where the market was and what needed to be done to sell the house for maximum profit. We took the steps he mentioned, and after only 2 weeks in one of the worst months to sell a home, we had an offer! We couldn't believe it. He worked on everything to ensure a smooth transition to our new home. Tom Homan Jr. is a true man of his word. From start to finish, he never slowed his pace to help this family. Thank you, Homan Realty Group!
