He never hesitated to help, even when the questions weren’t technically his responsibility — and some of those answers were extremely important for us. He showed up every single time we needed him, including at closing, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift card. Throughout the entire process, James answered calls and texts at pretty much any time of day — and on several occasions, well past normal business hours.
