We live in California currently and were buying a home in Florida. He was recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law. After discussing with Seth the type and location of the home we wanted, Seth was able to find the perfect home for us. Most of the details of the purchase were arranged long distance. Seth was extremely helpful throughout this process. He was patient with us in several issues that were due to the distance and my lack of knowledge in the details of a home purchase.
