We were immediately impressed because they had extensive local knowledge which they used to price our house 25K more than other realtors we had talked to and they said they were quite sure the price they were suggesting was appropriate. They were correct and we actually got above asking price with the appraisal meeting the selling price. Had we gone with one of the other realtors we had met with, that would have been a bunch of lost money for us.
