"Lucy was on top of every step of the process from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible home buying experience. She guided me through every step, explained everything clearly, immediately informed me of important updates and provided incredible service. She made the daunting task of purchasing a home easy, smooth and enjoyable. Lucy will have my business for life! If there were 10 available stars, I would give her 15!"

My wife and I were extremely fortunate to meet Evelyn Malave in 2009 when we called about one of her listings. Ever since that initial contact, she has been our "Go To" realtor, helping us with the purchase and sale of our primary residence and more than a dozen purchase/sales of investment properties. Evelyn taps her extensive knowledge of the Central Florida real estate market and comps to evaluate communities and specific properties and arrive at fair pricing. During the recent sale of our primary residence, she used her experience to convince us that the quality features of our home justified a sales price above the most recent comps, and we subsequently received a cash offer for that higher list price in less than 20 days on the market. Recounting the full list of services beyond purchase contract reviews, participating in property inspections, assisting with rental property management when my wife and I are out-of-town, and other assistance that Evelyn has delivered would exceed the word-count limit of this review. Suffice to say that we consider her to be the "cream of the crop" in her profession, and if you engage her as your real estate agent, we're confident that you'll wind up feeling the same way.
