My first encounter with Susanne was on Facebook. I thought to myself, who meets a realtor on Facebook? After our first conversation, that nervousness turned into anticipation, hopefulness and most importantly, trust. There was a calm yet positive demeanor about her. One of Susanne's many strengths besides being very resourceful is patience. I constantly changed the location of where I wanted to live. Nevertheless, Susanne never showed annoyance towards me. She kept reminding me this journey is about me and the house I want. I really appreciated Susanne for allowing me to take my time and not feel rushed. A year later, we found the perfect house for me. I am grateful for her cheerfulness, always answering the phone and listing to me being indecisive, knowledgeable in her field, her professionalism, sense of humor and most of all; knowing that she had my best interested at heart. I highly recommend Susanne especially as she made me feel like I was the only client she had.
