After I selected a townhouse, she actively participated in walkthroughs, during which she noticed matters that the builder had overlooked. After closing, Avi took me to lunch and offered to provide further assistance to help me become familiar with the area. Avi's helpfulness goes beyond the ordinary responsibilities of a realtor.
