Buying a home during a pandemic is no easy feat; however, it was exponentially easier with Duke as our realtor. We were relocating from Minnesota and due to travel restrictions, etc. were unable to come to Florida to view homes in person. Duke Crider was in constant communication with us and helped us navigate these muddy waters every step of the way! He sent us homes as soon as they hit the market and toured the ones in person that we could not. His narration of walk-through videos and pictures really gave us a feel for the home he was touring and when we finally got to see the home we bought in-person (on the final walk through) we were more than pleased. I firmly believe that by having Duke as our realtor our stress level was lower and we were able to have a calm and peaceful home buying process. That's rare at any point, but especially during these uncertain times. We will never be able to thank him enough. We move quite frequently due to work and have bought 4 homes in 4 different states in the last 7 years. Hands down, this was our best home buying experience and if we could have Duke as our realtor for all homes we buy in the future we wouldn't hesitate. He is truly impressive and we are lucky to have found him.
