Mike Perez is an outstanding realtor, and I’m so glad we chose him to help us buy our first home. We originally worked with him three years ago when we considered buying, but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right time for us. When we were finally ready in 2025, reaching back out to Mike was an easy choice. From start to finish, Mike was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He helped us navigate the challenges of buying in a brand-new state, showed us many options until we found the right one, and was instrumental in negotiating the excellent deal we received. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication, and I am beyond happy with our new home. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely puts their clients first, dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

It all happened so fast. I probably slowed the process down a little. I had a number of buyers and we discussed the right offer. It clicked.
