We recently had the pleasure of meeting Josie following a recommendation through a friend at school whilst seeking an agent with solid contacts and knowledge in the area. From the start, one of the standout qualities of Josie is her friendliness and genuine care for her clients. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, especially on area and price, ensuring that every property she showed us aligned with our vision for our future home. It's not something anyone can rush and at no point did we feel rushed as throughout the entire process Josie was not just our realtor, but also a trusted advisor. Personally, I think it is hard to find sincerity when buying a vehicle or home nowadays and what truly sets people apart is their thoroughness and genuine advice based off their experience. Marina is hands-down the best RE agent I have ever worked with and I have worked with a ton in my line of work. Most agents only want to make the sales but lack skills to listen and share vision with their clients and execute. Marina is an amazing agent because she always puts her clients first before anything else. She is focused, driven, attentive to all the little details on what her client wants and always speaks the truth and offers unbiased advice, which was so invaluable to me as I was living out of state. From the first phone interview, her high-energy, enthusiasm, quick wit and willingness to go above and beyond impressed me and I knew she was the one to help me. She was always so patient and always made sure her clients were satisfied. From the first call to the day the offer on my perfect vacation home was accepted, it took two months and another 45 days to close due to major holidays. It took over three and a half months from start to finish and she never missed a beat and she was there every step of the way no matter no early or late. Her positive energy, commitment and professionalism to fulfill her clients' wishes is unmatched in this industry.
