Over the years we have bought and sold about a dozen homes. We have been privileged to have worked with some fine realtors. For us Chrissy stands at the top of our realtor list with only one other agent. Chrissy’s depth of the local realty market was excellent. Her innovative approaches created a realty opportunity where none existed in our select area. By thinking “outside of the box” Chrissy made it possible for us to not only find a home in our desired area, but in our equally desired condo complex. Following the sale she supplied us with a list of contractors tailored to our renovations requirements. These professional all proved to be outstanding. Chrissy has our highest recommendation for anyone wanting an agent that will make their home dream come alive…. An absolute professional in every sense of the word.

Im very happy with Mr Ballentine. He is an extremely knowledgable and well educated professional. He was able to assist me in obtaining the perfect home for me and my family which has since met all of our needs. A thorough communicator and excellent negotiator who is well versed in his business. I learned much from him and specifically what to look for in buying my home. He was much more thorough than numerous agents that I was in touch with and seemed to be more knowledgable in the business side of real estate. I would recommend Mr Ballentine to anyone who is in search of their perfect home. Thanks again Daniel!
